The competition takes place regularly once a
year. Originally it used to be held in the
gymnasium at one of Odry’s primary schools. The
year 1995 was a turning point, when the
contestants competed on 3 tatamis in the new
spacious Municipal sports hall for the first
time. Also the change in the competition title
to Silesia Cup reflects the growing importance
of this tournament. Organisers from the local
club set demanding goals for themselves and they
seem to manage to achieve them. There is only
one thing to be added – if you like a relaxed,
friendly atmosphere and want to compete with |
high quality competitors or just to watch
quality martial arts, come to Odry!
